  • Arrival in Athens

    Day 1

    You begin your journey in Athens, where ancient history and modern city life come together. The Acropolis watches over the city, while in atmospheric neighborhoods like Plaka and Psiri you can wander through charming streets filled with cafés and small shops. After arrival, you check in at your hotel and have time to soak up the lively atmosphere of this creative, vibrant city. An ideal starting point for your island hopping adventure.

    Day 2

    Today you explore Athens in a relaxed way on a guided bike tour. In three hours, you’ll cycle past well known highlights as well as surprising hidden spots, making it a fun and efficient way to get to know the city. The Dutch speaking tour leader brings Athens to life with stories and useful tips for the rest of your stay.

  • Departure to Andros

    Day 3

    After checking out, you drive to the port of Rafina, where you board the ferry to Andros. In around two hours, you sail into the Cyclades and arrive on one of the greenest islands of the archipelago. Andros surprises with lush valleys, natural springs, vineyards, whitewashed villages, and a wide variety of beaches.

    Day 4

    Today you take part in a river trekking adventure through one of the greenest valleys of Andros. You follow the riverbed past small streams, bridges, and untouched nature. Along the way, you gain a wonderful insight into the island’s peaceful and lesser known side. The walk ends at the Gerolimni waterfall, where you can cool off with a refreshing swim.

  • Walking on Andros

    Day 5

    Andros is known for its walking trails, and today you head out to explore one of the island’s most beautiful routes. You hike along ancient paths past traditional villages, green valleys, and coastal views. Popular options include the route from Chora to the Panachrados Monastery or the shorter hike to the Pithara waterfalls, with choices available for every level. Along the way, you experience just how varied Andros’s landscape is, from tranquil nature to historic sites.

    Day 6

    You travel by ferry from Andros to Tinos, an island known for its peaceful atmosphere, charming villages, and strong traditions. In Chora, you can wander through narrow alleys and visit the Panagia Evangelistria. During your stay, you’re free to explore villages such as Pyrgos and Volax, and enjoy the varied landscapes, scenic walking routes, secluded beaches, and local cuisine.

    Day 7

    Today you explore Tinos Town on a guided walk. What may seem simple at first reveals itself as a town filled with elegant mansions, marble details, Venetian influences, and fascinating stories. The highlight is the impressive Church of the Holy Virgin Mary, Greece’s most important pilgrimage site. During the tour, you’ll truly get to know the rich history and surprising character of Tinos Town.

    Day 8

    You travel by ferry from Tinos to Syros and check in at your hotel. Syros has a distinctive character, with elegant mansions and neoclassical buildings. In Ermoupoli, you’ll enjoy colorful façades, grand squares, and a lively harbor. The island also offers lovely beaches and a relaxed atmosphere.

    Day 9

    Today you visit Parakopois Winery for a flavorful introduction to Syros. At this small scale winery, you’ll learn about their story, local grape varieties, and the winemaking process. In a charming outdoor setting, you’ll taste a selection of wines, served with a platter of local specialties that can be enjoyed as a light lunch or dinner.

    Day 10

    Today you set out on a self guided walk, exploring Syros at your own pace. The route takes you along old stone paths, traditional villages, and quiet hills overlooking the coast. Along the way, you’ll pass small chapels, local tavernas, and viewpoints where you can pause and enjoy the scenery. The rest of the day is yours to spend as you like, with time for a beach visit or a relaxed drink at a café.

    Day 11

    This is a day to explore at your own pace. Visit Ermoupoli, with its neoclassical squares, the Apollo Theatre, and charming shopping streets, or head to medieval Ano Syros, where narrow alleys lead you uphill to beautiful panoramic viewpoints. Other lovely places to discover include Kini and Galissas, two atmospheric coastal villages with tavernas and relaxed beaches. The villages of Vari, Megas Gialos, and Posidonia, known for their elegant historic villas, are also well worth a visit.

  • Ferry from Syros to Piraeus

    Day 12

    You travel by ferry from Syros back to Piraeus and check in at your hotel in the port city. Piraeus offers a lively maritime atmosphere, with waterfront promenades, marinas, and a wide choice of seaside restaurants and cafés. Enjoy a relaxed walk along the coast, savour fresh seafood at a local taverna, or simply soak up the character of the harbour.

    Day 13

    After breakfast, you travel from Piraeus to Athens Airport. After a varied journey through Athens and the Cyclades, it’s time to head home, carrying many new memories with you.
