Naoussa the ideal destination that combines:

For today 2 routes are suggested to choose from:
Easy route in Ag. Nikolaos park: The park is probably the most famous attraction of Naousa. It is a green area with large plane trees crossed by Arapitsa river, located about 2 km outside Naousa.
Walking distance: 5.7 km
For hiking enthusiasts route 2 is suggested: Drive your car to Ag. Nikolaos settlement. From there climb 600 meters through the forest path and then to Ypapantis Monastery. Enjoy the wonderful view along the way. The ascend is demanding. The descent is through the same path and maybe you meet wild pigs.
Hiking distance: 9 km
If time allows it, after the end of the walk you can drive to Arkochori of Naousa, which is about 11 km from Ag. Nikolaos. Return to Villa Anthemia.
From Villa Anthemia drive to Rodakinia village and take an easy circular walk on a dirt road that passes by peach orchards and vineyards. Stop at the vineyard of Kyr Yiannis for wine tasting and then continue your hike.
Total walking distance: 8 km
Then you can drive from Rodakinia to Giannakochori and walk as much as you can and want of the magnificent gorge of Krasta
