Walking in the land of Hephaestus I discovered a small paradise for healing and rejuvenation. Many different landscapes with main features to be:

Lilantio field is called the historical vineyard of Chalkida. Just a few klm outside the city center, there is an estate with long history. Stay for two nights and

Nafplio or Anapli is a unique destination with great history. I will guide you to another side of Nafplio with:

• cycling in the city
• visit distillery

The port of Gavrio is the first place you will visit when you arrive in Andros. Your hotel is also there. It is the starting point, in the birthplace of great captains and shipowners. Gavrio is a typical Cycladic village:

In part B you will be crossing the remaining 33 km of Mainalon Trail. The villages you will meet are:

This is a very surprising walk on the northern slopes of Mt. Penteli, famous for its Penteli Marble. 

• enjoy dense forest and views as far as Lake Marathon
• walk past 3 churches in the countryside
• visit the ancient marble quarry turned into an open air museum
• have a day outing for 3.95 Euro only per family or group of friends

• The walk is about 6km and lasts 3 hours including the stops at the churches & things to see.
• Because the path is stony and the elevation gain is 270m, one needs to be reasonably fit.
• We recommend good walking shoes or boots.
• Take picnic lunch & water bottle.
• Don't forget to bring your camera and/or smart phone

I wanted to do a trip that combines historical importance with natural beauty suitable for my family and I thought of Kalavryta that combines:
